Job Opportunity: Structural Engineer – Design
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to design and oversee the construction of safe and durable structures. The ideal candidate will ensure that structures meet regulatory standards, withstand environmental conditions, and maintain structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural designs for steel and reinforced concrete.
- Select appropriate materials to enhance durability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with drawing office to review and modify structural drawings.
- Conduct on-site assessments to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure designs align with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and client standards.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, and piping engineers) to integrate structural designs into broader project scopes.
- Conduct structural assessments, inspections, and quality assurance reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. / B.Eng. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration with ECSA (Essential)
- 5+ years of experience in structural design within EPCM projects
- Proven experience in industrial structures design
- Proficiency in Prokon, Autodesk Robot and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Familiarity with EPCM project workflows and lifecycle stages
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and construction teams
