What made you decide to join Leoka?
Through the years of working for different companies in the mining sector i.e. process equipment suppliers and an EPCM, I developed an interest to move into the project management space and not just limited to mining.
Leoka is a company that has a growing portfolio of projects in the mining, structural, civil and construction sectors. This opportunity brought forward an excellent platform to gain exposure to a wide range of projects and grow with the company as a multidiscipline engineering company in the industry, where I am fortunate to get the best of both worlds i.e., business development and project management.
What do you love about Leoka?
As my experience has been predominantly in process engineering, I am enjoying the civil and construction projects and the exposure i.e., both in the office and on site.
I have the flexibility to be innovative and utilize my process engineering background to support the other disciplines.
It has been a refreshing start and integration into a team with high energy and a dynamic culture, striving to motivate one another and deliver high quality projects.
In the short time that I have been at Leoka, it truly is amazing to see the vision of Leoka come to life daily.
